No not that well off but have read SOC, looked at history of MMX co-defendents and track record of AH.

Do not believe he would put name to case unless it was with foundation.

It is an all or nothing holding but I think due to ego of MMX EC, MMX is now playing an all or nothing game with a lot more to lose.

Have a read of corporation law referred to in SOC and see implications if case is proved. It will not drag out as much as everyone thinks as it involves a small number of transactions and a key point of law.

My view is that the founders/promoters of MMX/CHM were not pure as driven snow. Their actions will come out soon in court and it is these transactions that MMX must defend and prove were not for the benefit of MMX at cost of CHM as the co-defendents were involved in establishment of both companies.
