    The actual behaviour is illegal as it replicates "churning".

    But its there plain as day. The algo is selling very small parcels (UBS) but as soon as a large line of sell stock appears its gradually taken out (bought) by UBS. The algo ensures that it doesnt go anywhere near the buy order total (volume) otherwise it would defeat the purpose.
