TIO in a parallel universe?

Is anyone following the WLF (Wolf Minerals) saga?

TIO has a position in WLF to the extent that before the latest round of funding TIO held ~32% of issued capital and now after a fresh issue of capital (private placement equivalent lo and behold) to another party TIO has been diluted to ~28%. MW is on the board of WLF and there are rumblings of a possible Board spill by unhappy shareholders.

TIO are the recipient of conduct by others with a preferred status in WLF, wonder if this is a lesson on how not to treat existing FMS shareholders. WLF owes them about 30 cents a share and its currently trading on the ASX at around 16 cents.
