    A force majeure situation declared by Rio Tinto at a subsidiary in South Africa has buyers looking for alternative supplies of titanium slag.
    The failure of an ilmenite roaster at Richards Bay Minerals (RBM) is spreading concern about a potential shortfall in titanium slag production.
