?? Tiof uncertainty - it will help once some more definitive results (positive) get released
?? Mauritanian politics - but this stuff is 90km offshore

Personally the only reason I would not buy more right at the moment is the chance that further logging changes the 38m "minimum" oil column to a 38m maximum. If you're prepared to wear that risk then 72c looks like good buying in advance of Chinguetti being declared commercial, regardless of what happens at Poune (of course, if the price runs up strongly ahead of Poune results you might then offload a few...)
