One of the major 'crimes' - excuse the pun - is that basically apart from a few 'hand slapping' exceptions and the odd prosecution they all got away with it. Long rumoured ASIC legal action against Alan Dawson (not my rumour) but it was all too hard. How could we forget Alans 'US$1bn Telefonica Contract' that was just a minor trial. The big US deals that in reality were just demo's to the big Telco's. The Ericsson deal. Oh and the Microsoft deal. Finally they got into bed with the Kiwi's and lost money from day one.

To my knowledge the only VNA Voice Recognition era director/employee left is Lindsay Sanford and although he was obviously involved with VNA he did pull the pin when it all got beyond a joke only to be asked to come back and save what was left. That was after Jim 'can't remember his name' replaced Dawson and performed another 'let me spend heaps, c*ck everything up and pay me heaps' job as MD.

They should have written a book about it!
