Being new to this site, I enjoy the various tips but AGM is a bit of a mystery in that there are no broker reports on the AGM site, with forecast EPS.
I read the following posting on another chat site:
"The only numbers I could understand for AGM were by Robin Bromby in the Australian, who stated production costs at US$5,000 per tonne and a current nickel price of US$32,000 per tonne.
So working on a price of US$25,000 a tonne and costs of $5,000 a tonne, and the production tonnage AGM are forecasting in the 1st year in the most recent AGM presentation, I came up with earnings of 16 cents per share. At current nickel prices, using the above numbers, it is more like 20 cents per share.
In other words, I value to stock at $1.60 to $2.00 so if Jinchuan offered $1.20, I would not accept it."
I think to find some strong numbers for AGM would be useful.
To fall to 65 cents would mean the nickel price and world demand would be guttered, due to a very very large (US) recession, which is probably unlikely.
