Go and read all of their quarterlies and annual reports presentations etc
they have been going to do lots of things and haven’t done any of them
having their own drilling rig doesn’t mean much
it still needs to be manned and fueled transported
that rig won’t drill to the depths they require either
not a big problem though
I doubt it will ever get mobilised
