OK Ya,
but I reserve the right to submit my tip and u'll have to ignore the potential conflict of interest.

I'll may post a summary of all tips later unless there are too many. In the meantime I'll make my guess. I prefer and hope it will be WPL for several reasons but I'm guessing that it may be another based on the way the selection process has developed. My tips are:-

1. Sinopec.
2. Kar alone or in JV with COP.
3. AWE/BPT JV (a long shot but no point putting WPL here)

The winner/s will be the poster/s who select the farminee in their first choice failing which 2nd and then 3rd choices will be considered.

IMO we really need this farm-out procees to be completed by next week.
