Those sophisticated investors were fortunate enough to get the Convertable Notes, not long before an announcement to market that a deal had been done with Golden Valley, allowed them to sell there shares that had traded at 2 cents for up to 6 cents , whilst the terms of the Convertable Note meant they got the shares for between 1.6 and 2.1 cents. So they could have made money from the new shareholders that paid up to 6 cents . All very convenient accept for the the long term shareholders, who witnessed all of this , as they saw the value of their shares fall to almost nothing, due to management's capital manipulation activities .
