So how can the share-price get to less than one percent of it's value ?
Answer , through the use of 4 value reducing strategies.
commentators mocked those that had paid less than a cent for the shares. Take the Eight-tenths of a cent the author paid .
Imagine that to represent 800.
Now through a series of continual below market offerings , that notional 800 value , is reduced to 100. ie representing the one tenth of a cent , the share price sat at for a year , before the consolidation &CN issue.
The 150 to 1 consolidation acted to reduce the hundred notional value to 15.
Next the Convertable Note reduced the 15 to 2. And most recently 1.6c.
Sure the mathematical logic may be slightly inaccurate somewhere, but you would get the drift of step by step shareprice value destruction .
This magic is all produced by not acknowledging the production of one ounce of gold in 10 years. Some Classic magic. DYOR
