tir strong move up

TIR was up 3 to 34 the last time I looked. Decent vol going through and appears to maybe have cleared the resistance at around 32.
Nickel play but not sure about production, I don't believe that there is any yet but have some puntable drilling programs going on. Also have something called BIOLeach something or other, sorry for being inconcise but I am mainly trading charts/momentum and not a great story investigator.
I do know that they are sitting about $22 mill cash though.
This one isnt going to sit here long, either up and away or a retest of 29 cents. your guess is as good as mine!
