I understand everyone has the right to their own opinion, however answer me this. If I go to an auction to bid on something and I know its worth approx $1000, does that mean it will sell for $1000? Of course it does not, it may sell for less if no one is interested in it, yet it could sell for double or even triple what it is worth. At the end of the day it is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
PRR is no different. At the end of the day if and when it lists on the NASDAQ the SP will be what people are willing to pay for it. End of story.
