Your logic isn't very sound. The fact that many here consider it a formality does not logically mean its figured into the price. It's not impossible that we could get some institutional interest, and it may be that they have strict minimum criteria for investment. If parties other than the HC AVB believers were to buy that could push the price up. Ergo, it's not logically figured into the price.
