I can only agree...no one hires staff, especially large numbers of them, without, a clear need.
and
Smart staff, and that's the nature of the staff Alan has been hiring, don't join without a clear sense of purpose.
However, what is intriguing me, is now they are employed, where are they all working? Large numbers, in little or no spare space at the current building.
Any thoughts?
