He was not hired as a chef if so I would be criticising the lack of fresh pancakes, lets give him the time to fully understand all the detailed implications of a complicated system, complicate customers and suppliers, we would rather him take his time and do a good job than rather than, well you know the alternative. This dip is probably a end of year thing, because as Tiresias as said frequently this is a very good thing in the longer time frame "Time to BUY"
