But you might still be right as these big holders are stinking rich and can screw around with their holdings however they want and we just don’t know how it works! Perhaps it is right now still the case that just an absolute convincing announcement from OIL is still missing showing projected good earnings from the breakthrough of the tech and the FDA timeframe in a very near future! Hence buyers which would jump in are still holding back! On the other hand old long Term holders who actually hand on for the breakthrough have to sell bits and leases to pay their rents and healthcare! Elon Musk or Andrew Forrest is still not convinced enough to jump in, being proud to be a part owner of an Australian Company which has a world leading technology! Come on guys just buy a couple of millions of OIL SHARES on the market! wink99
