I would hope that if there are already known delays in sample analysis then it would have been announced. We had years of smoke and mirrors from the old guard, we don't need any hint of that crap from the new team.
There's a window of opportunity for them to establish credibility....if indeed they care about retail at all. Many don't since retail are a nuisance, make a lot of noise and don't stump up serious cash when required.
Last trading around the URA entry was an orchestrated effort to buy the shares without affecting the SP much - if you do then the weighting is off immediately. I'm not expecting fireworks even if they have to double the number of shares, and suspect it will again be orchestrated to retail SP.
