Yes, had already researched the articles. When I spoke to MEO a couple of weeks ago it was intimated that this was going on in the Eu and may have some effect on the process for approval for TIS. However, was also informed that there is no real timeframe for approval, that TIS can not get involved directly with MHRA during the arbitration process and that BSI is the party that has to work with MHRA under contractual agreements.

Hope I got the above correct but it is what I recall.

I still am of the opinion that TIS has the goods and that patience is still the key here. IMO we may have to wait but the rewards will more than compensate for the delays.
