feels to me like it's a battle between those who know it should simply be higher than the current ev... and those who are worried the volume is about to die down and they will be stuck in for an indeterminable time from now if they want to exit. No idea who will win the battle... but it can't stay this low forever. The only question is whether it needs another news event now or can go on without one
