To start with I am a long way from a highly sucessful punter on the pre-money stuff and EBR falls into that as well, I have not gone through the data other then the investor presentations .. disclaimer over.

My general view is the market is going to be very choppy for pre-money stocks and I think EBR may well be erratic and I am clearly hoping to pick some up if it is near or below offer price. I like the lower levels of dillution and the very long ESCROW and that the funding is realistic in terms of product runway and the challenges of marketing. So I think it could be a good one.
