Chameleon star witness was dismantled in the court today (and yesterday) by MMX's leading lawyer Karkar. Benny was there playing to the girls looking for more publicity! Quite a charmer our Benny.
Seems no-one knows what the deal is with the 'Litigation Funder' least of all Benny.Perhaps Joe Braysich could advise when next he is in Court as all shareholders would like to know.
This might not be the Thriller in Manila but certainly could be termed The Chameleon Shamozzle. Love to know how much this is costing given the line up of legal eagles.
The body language between the judge and the silk for CHM is also worth noting. Its entertaining stuff and I recommend a visit to the Federal Court.
