Titan / Fox - sale of Radio Hill

For those interested, Titan have sold the Radio Hill plant and Radio Hill / Mt Sholl tennements to Fox Resources. There is cash payment for AUD925,000 for the plant plus 275,000 and 1% royalty if Fox decide to exercise to mine the low-grade nickel / copper when Titan walk off the property in a couple of months. Importantly, Fox will also assume rehabilitation liability. Titan had provisions for this at AUD600,000 in their 2001 report.
