Yes, that looks to me like a great deal TIR have struck. I noticed in your post on TIR yesterday that you gave a projected valuation for TIR of 25 cents or thereabouts. I've always valued your views on mining issues and the measured tone of your posts. Accordingly, I was a bit surprised when you gave this valuation without mentioning your reasons. I wonder if you'd mind telling us how you arrived at that figure or is it from some other analyst.
