I have read it and did not see where BHP are accepting the ore . I think that WMC were culpable in this as they sold this deposit to Titan ( IMOP ) knowing that the arsenic content would not be acceptable to them . I think that this is the issue that Titan would like to settle a score with them but costs would be prohibitive for a small miner Titan looking good today
