As they state the software now needs a $50m upgrade (read $100m!) over the next 3 years. It is old and there are better solutions out there.

No new sales and minimum 3 years of pain.

Directors all sold out Way above these prices.

Why would you have this on a watch list?

This makes 4 or maybe 5 misses in a row. How do you trust management again?

Don't think it's shorters. Institutional investors know this ones going nowhere.

Maybe hang in for a PE bid. That's about it.

Surely easier ways to make money.
