16/11/1992 low 1341
1/11/2007 high 6880
50% of the range = 4110.5
16/11/1992 to 13/3/2003 = 3769 days
3769 x 1.618 = 6098 days = 28/07/09
fib expansions of this 3769 day count have landed about 10 days before turns so if that time offset occurs again it would land around the 7th August.
Today is 135 degrees from 6/3/09 and 360 from 23/7/08 the 1st of the DT's. 28/7/09 is also flagged.
Looking like the 7/8 could be a low as a few here have suggested.
