I agree that the changes to mgmt. and board were necessary and at least show some sign of response to poor performance.
I have only ever seen a small number of companies on the ASX where Board or mgmt. actually have significant skin in the game (which I think absolutely leads to better performance) so its not that TTT are doing anything untoward, just that they are no better than the vast majority of companies on this front.
