It'd be interesting to know the efficiency of the process - obviously good grades of titanium & vanadium. The rest (after Ti & Vanadium ore is removed) is about 61% Fe2O3 (approx 42% Fe), which is well below viable concentrations or iron ore mined alone, and may be useless due to contaminants, unless it could be extracted as high grade (economically) as part of the titanium or vanadium extraction process. Obviously the market does not place much value in this project so I imagine they need to demonstrate a viable extraction mechanism.
