I think the investor presentation gives away the game plan with Sandower / Mt Peak.
The exploration alliance at Sandower was justified by, among other things, "Mitigate the deprioritization of Mount Peake".

Deprioritising Mt Peake and then exploring for more projects in the same area does not sound like mitigation to me.
The only way it can be mitigating, from my point of view, is if they intend a lean exploration, and to sell everything in the NT including Mt Peake once they make a find.

Just my uneducated opinion.
