I don't think it's ground breaking that all of a sudden the new strategy is to take the proven process route and because it's a proven technology it's gonna speed up timelines.
blind Freddy could see that's the end result of going down the proven process route would make things quicker then trying to get north of 1.5 billion for an unproven TIVAN Tech that has already been proven unviable once before.
this is a bit of a smoke screen to say hey we don't really want to put our eggs in the TIVAN basket anymore so we we are gonna try the salt roast single process and produce a single commodity first but at the same time spin it as a positive to deflect from the fact they are now distancing themselves from TIVAN
that's my take from looking outside in anyways you can ignore me if you like but that's the vibe I read.
