    It is prudent to obtain all the LOI and Off-take-Term sheets possible and on favorable terms to both buyers and sellers.

    BUT I believe they may be subject to and contingent on TNG being able to deliver the final products. TIVAN process appears to be the vital link to a successful feasibility study. Once the Tivan process is proven successful and commercialised, we can all bet our bottom dollars that the SP will go up by leaps and bounds. IMHO and DYOR
