    OK, new thread and heading. We've hopefully gone past the "splat" stage of this market

    TIX presentation this week revealed an updated NTA per share (wait for it!)......lower than in April.

    April14 NTA: $2.21
    Oct14 NTA*: $2.13 (*pro-forma)

    Basically, the Woolies acquisitions in July -- including the dilution effect of the cap raising -- knocked back the NTA per share.
