    Well, I don't know that over riding a patent would necessarily mean that compensation would not be paid to GSK and Biota. Can't it mean merely that a government directs the manufacture of the drug in an emergency, ignoring manufacturing rights that are exclusive to GSK and Biota.

    Anyone know what has happened in precedents?
