Irrespective of whether they are doing the Dec accounts or not, TKG should post and mail out the 2010 accounts. They probably need to hold the AGM before thay can relist and have to give shareholders 28 days notice. Waiting for the Dec accounts to be completed only holds up the relisting date which is of no benefit to shareholders. Who gives a rats clackers abount the Dec accounts anywhay as they have done nothing over the last 6 months. I wonder what Rod is playing at. Doesn't insire you with much confidence.
