I speak to a lot of MD's and the dislike for brokers is universal even though some won't say it up front.
They control everything because they have the money.
They want to screw you for price and still want free options.
Then they will pump up the sp and suck everyone in while they dump and walk onto the next stock.
Happens far to often and some control needs to be taken back imo.
Best thing management can do now is find something exceptional so they can dictate terms.
