When non holders are passionate about selling and bagging a stock (even wasting their time with 'Jibberish Charsts'), I have always found it to mean accumulate quietly. Who in their right mind would waste their time wishing a stock down which they don't own lest they want it on the cheap. The most basic of sneakiness and most amateurish, the greed belies the true intentions.
