As part of the deal for Hedenka, every Edge shareholder got 2.12 new fully paidordinary Trek shares. It's not hard to imagine those shareholders, who were hoping to see Hedenka brought to fuition, bailing out on the news.
48m shares were issued as part of the deal from memory. Although i think a fair chunk of these were to our own directors.
