    This is an announcement that changes the fundamentals of the company. It brings a whole new asset into play, and forms a partnership with Rio. And this is not simplying a MOU (which many penny dreadful like to sign), but an options agreement for which RIO have paid. Sure its a pittance for them, but they wouldn't pay cash upfront unless they were going to follow through.
