I just read the company response addressed to shareholders on the website of X64 dated 11 October 2022, there is very important information which made me lose all trust for the terminated directors Mr Welker and Mr Williams as well as their partner Mr Nickeas who they are proposing as a board member.

Mr Welker, Mr Williams and Mr Nickeas had interests in the controversial drilling contract with Ranger Equipments made without informing the board of X64 according to this official response from X64.
