I agree on profitablity, however the big international players dwarf TLC in size and will overpay just to get a foothold in Australia. just like G-Tech and Lottomatica who currently run WA lotteries. You think other international players won't team up for the Vic license??? How about sports betting's international competition with Tabcorp???
