TLC vs Jumbo
I was wondering what your thoughts are on TLC vs Jumbo?
I feel combined they actually would be a good match as Jumbo is the leader when it comes to SaaS in Lotto, with higher growth, higher margins all driving the valuation of Jumbo. Meanwhile, TLC has a super attractive business, which is basically a monopoly. It generates really high ROIC (ex goodwill) as it is very capital light. Growth is relatively low, but stable. Like an infrastructure company, just much higher returns.
