Saleable graphite needs to be processed first as others graphite companies do atm (check MNS for interest) not in the raw rock form. But TLG can use rock form of graphite to turn into graphene without additional steps. So their strategy is around graphene and micrographite (same process as graphene) from the beginning, not saleable graphite.
