Like others have said the JV commercials with Mitsui and LKAB are likely to be at the project level not the company level...could be wrong though. Have seen others make cornerstone investments in the company as well as the projects too. Looks like someone is supressing the price to pickup cheap shares from weak hands though. So many upcoming catalysts so it can't last much longer....
