The masses haven't worked that out yet. All this price action is in anticipation of the EV boom and battery minerals companies making big profits in 3-5 years onwards. Everyone knows lithium ion batteries have lithium in them, far fewer understand what an NMC cathode is, or why naturally mined spherical graphite with a low carbon footprint located in Europe might be an absoloute winner.
