"As you say about yourself, there's "long-term" and there's "long-term"!!"

Some of us here have 6 or 7 figures parked in Talga. I don't begrudge anyone who chooses to take some profit along the way up. Perfectly normal for long-term holders to sell some of their position into strength. And, there are a lot of good reasons to do so (including using that money to enjoy life).

Just personally, I originally allocated to Talga with a 5-10 year time horizon. I have other, less volatile, positions with shorter investment horizons that I will draw down when I need money. I seriously believe Talga will be a 100 bagger from here by the end of the decade. Call it hopium if you want, but for me it's just math.

Generally, people overestimate how much will change in a year and underestimate how much will change in ten. I expect the combination of a massive resource, insatiable market demand, and MT's tenacity to get this project to 1M tpa of Talnode-C in 2030. Multiply that by the margins Benchmark Minerals is forecasting for Talnode-C and slap a 10x P/E on the EBIDTA and you're over 100 bags. That's without factoring in the potential for Talnode-Si, Talnode-E, and the broader graphene market. DYOR, etc.

Anyway, will be interesting to see how high the price goes before the strong hands start capitulating in meaningful numbers. $2, $4, $8? How high does it have to go before the profits are too good to pass up? I have no idea, but I'm not expecting a straight-line up. I just know it won't be me doing the capitulating.
