What is with this company ?
They seem to be run by people that don't know what they are doing.
Each time we see a press release on MOU the stock shoot sup fast then
it all goes pear shaped and nothing is achieved and the stock drops like a brick.
A sad old pattern has formed and its been going on for years.
This company should be into the $3 range by now but they can't seem to go from MOU
to an agreement and it always seems to fall over.
Maybe they need a new CEO and a good sales team to get the contracts signed.
