Not so sure. One of the factors playing in to the verdict was whether the company would have the cash to ensure it is able to fulfil it's pledge to environmental standards. This, coupled with the auditors verdict that the company had too little cash may have led to a different reality to the one we're in. The share price is coming from entities being willing to sell at these prices, nothing else. There are some factors which cause people to sell other than for fair value, but it could well be that some holders think its a good time to downsize or get out. Definitely not my gut feeling but who am I to judge?
