looks like there are still quite a few flippers given the circa 2 mill of sell orders out there
have already said this but pretty dissapointed by recent cap raise. could have raised at a better valuation now and, if we'd not got the permits it would have meant any deck would need to demonstrate good future value outside of permits.
now we have insto's cashing in 40 mill of shares at a 20 percent profit.
am I wrong?
