I recall being pleasantly surprised when I read about the 40% equity makeup proposition (state aid and strategic partnerships) which you mentioned above , because I thought it will lower dilution on a project level (SPV) so I have to admit that I’m a little bit surprised by MTs comments in the recently shared video starting around the 18min mark. Seems contradictory to me… and after watching MT speak throughout the clip , it feels like an OEM will be taking a huge piece of the pie…
